The Map Is Located at the old sandy shores fire station (Look In The Screen Shots)
Requirements:
1. OpenIV
2. Bob74_ipl | If Props Are Not Loading In You Might Have To Force Load The Props With This Resource: Bob74_ipl
Instructions For SP:
1. Download The File And Go To The "SP" Folder
2. Open "OpenIV" And Put It In Edit Mode
3. Go To Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks Put The bssfs Folder In This Directory
4. Go To update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
5. Put dlcpacks:/bssfs/ At The Bottem
6. Load Up GTA 5 And Enjoy!
Instructions For FIVEM:
1. Download The File And Unzip.
2. Drag The BSSFS Folder Into Your Resources Folder
3. Ensure The Resource In Your server.cfg And Put "Ensure BSSFS"

Hi guys. I know this is my first post in a while, a lot of stuff been going on but I came through with a whole new fire station and got another full mansion coming in the next couple days. I hope you all enjoy more to come.

@bazookaa In the content.xml file of the dlc.rpf, the defined name is bssfs, not bssh like the description says, or SP like the folder is named in the download.

Your mod is nice but it needs an update because it is raining inside the building and the cables outside are inside the building
@gtav-fan Hey, sadly i've never found a way to remove weather from inside cause its not a (MLO) i've looked it up countless times. If the cabels are showing inside the (YMAP) you might have another resource conflicting.
i love the mod. just one question, when i put it in game it destroys the graphics for the SO building and trees around it. as well as sone grass and bushed come through the concrete. any idea how to fix that?
