FUNCTION:
I have fixed and updated Vanillaworks Extended's mismatched groupings for cop jurisdictions in popgroups.ymt and popcycle.dat
This mod preserves the full traffic experience of VanillaWorks Extended, while restoring law-enforcement presence across San Andreas.
Police cruisers now patrol city streets, sheriff vehicles operate throughout rural and county regions, and highway patrol motorcycles appear naturally on freeways. Additional details include unmarked units spawning in select areas at night, park ranger vehicles along forest trails, and more...
All parameters were updated and adjusted to ensure proper jurisdiction and immersion without disrupting VWE’s DLC traffic.
