Added Venezuelan paint. F-16C Livery
The base F-16C is here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/f-16c-fighting-falcon-add-on-skylinegtrfreak
Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/f16c/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/f16acecombat.ytd
If you wish to retain the original acecombat liveries, while in OpenIV, extract the file f16acecombat.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origf16acecombat.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with current acebombat F-16C liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag f16acecombat.ytd from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/f16c/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/f16acecombat.ytd
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the f16c.yft or f16c_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn f16c with the trainer of your choice.

Here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/war-pack-special-edition-usa-add-on

Follow this path to the file to overwrite:

If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file f16dc.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origf16dc.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with one of the included liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag the desired .ytd file from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\warpackusa\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\f16dc.ytd and
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the f16dc.yft or f16dc_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn f16dc with the trainer of your choice.
I've included a sample work file in case you'd like to use it as a starting point for your own paint.
