instructions:
1. open your openIV in edit mode.
2. extract the rar package contents by drag and drop to patchday8 in your mods folder
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\
3. after its done now open the game see carbine weapon as modded skin.
