This mod makes there cars racing with other racers

Installation :
- Extract file (race car.xml) to menyoostuff- Spooner
- Launch GTA5
- Open Menyoo- Manage saved file - Load race car.xml
- Just follow the sign of the fireworks ( not seen during the day)
