This a modern franklin house (The first one)

How To Install

1.Make sure you have map editor from Guadmaz
2.place the xml file in the 'Autoloadmaps' folder in your script folder
3.If you dont have 'Autoloadmaps'folder put the file in the folder where the game is installed and in game search for the map by using map editor [Load map]
4.Enjoy your new house

I'd like to know in all of the "enhanced" safehouses, why would someone want a HUGE liquor sign outside of their personal residence? Just my opinion.

Since it's your first mod I see you were just playing around with the peds animations and adding a few neat things. Nice concept.

@GramWgry Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that your mod is horrible, I just happened to notice in just about ALL of the map/building mods, 99% put that large liquor sign in it mod somewhere? I am actually curious now, if that is an outside the USA thing or is it just me?
@MaxInk076 Let's make it easy.If you dont want the liquor sign just delete it and the problem will be gone :)
