A tribute to the iconic World Trade Center — now in GTA 5
Originally created for GTA 4 by HBX Works, this legendary mod has been lovingly converted and enhanced for GTA 5 by Emma. Featuring improved models, detailed textures, remastered observation decks, and upgraded surroundings — all designed to feel like an official Rockstar DLC. A respectful recreation of the towers that once defined the skyline.
You might say the towers look out of proportion compared to the rest of the map—but I don’t think so. The contrast between the smaller skyscrapers and these massive giants is just beautiful. It’s magical.
I’ve poured my heart into this project. I really tried to give it that Rockstar-level polish, instead of something rushed or half-done.

The interiors are not accessible yet. My focus was mainly on the outside and the tops of the towers. I plan to remaster the interiors in the future and make them into proper MLOs—but that takes time, and I’m working on a lot of things IRL. Still, I love this project, and I work on it when I can.
The optimization is not perfect yet. You may encounter:
But don’t worry — the mod is still totally playable!

To make things more fun, I also created a tiny script that lets you teleport to the top of the World Trade Center. Just walk toward one of the entrance doors, and you’ll see a prompt asking you to pay $30 to go up. Simple and immersive.

- The plaza is adapted to the map
- Improved textures, models, and more
- LODs added and some optimization done

- Click on “Open Package Installer” and locate the wtc.oiv file included in the package. (Or just drag and drop the OIV into OpenIV)
- Run the installer and follow the prompts. Once the installation is complete, you're ready to play!

works OK on fiveM. only issue is some flickering around the plaza, or maybe i'd just installed it wrongly. still a great tribute.
@780-234-456 If you’re having issues with flickering, it’s because of the occlusion. Make a copy of the occl YMAP and add ‘hei’ to the beginning of its name. That should fix the issue.

I installed 5Real and replaced the buildings one by one. Now the buildings don’t overlap anymore, but there’s still one problem — from certain angles, the buildings and roads disappear and flicker. I’ve tried a bunch of ways to fix it but nothing worked. Other than that, it’s a really high-quality mod.

@Pomme The OIV file is installed and the script file is also placed in the Scripts folder. The buildings in the game do not have elevator teleport points. In addition, a traffic light from the original game will be displayed in the model. Some incomplete models of the original game will also be displayed. I hope this can be fixed.

not sure if it's possible to fix, but NPCs are constantly spawning and flying under the map, then they die, respawn and all over again, you can actually hear them screaming around WTC
