How to get an erection whilst loading into gta xD

Just one question, how do you even see this story mode loadng screen? It always shows me that original Gta5 screens from starting with Launcher, how to start only Story Mode GTA5 loading?

@maxwapor You have to replace enter your MOD folder and in the instructions of says where you should put them and replace

Can't se what im doing wrong, it's always the same when im trying to install a new loading screen.. I follow the guide but when i start the game only the 1 picture is new, the rest of them is just the commurcials for all the new online updates and discounts etc?? any idee

I'm sure it's not your fault but after installing this mod my game would not start it would give me an error in the loading screen and crash immediately. Now i know not to mess with the lading screen anymore.
