2. Use Open iv and click ''edit mode''
3. in the left bar go to x64/audio/sfx/PROLOGUE.rpf
4. Drag and drop the td_loading_music.awc file from Battlefield 3 Loading Music By Leone9595.zip into the PROLOGUE.rpf directory
5. Close Open iv And Play GTA 5
6. Enjoy The New Loading Song From BAttlefield 3

the sound file is the wrong type
the type of file that is in the folder you specified is a .awc

This seems more fit for GTA V then it did for BF3
@BluOtter no no you change the .wav files in the archive .awc file.oac but did not touch it at all

You still haven't fixed the mod, it's still the wrong file type.

The instruction are misleading and not working. The directory has .awc files but you uploaded .oac and .wav files. Where to put what??
Just say: Drag & Drop file XY.wav in directory XX/YY
@UNeaK oac and waw files not work man awc file is the only way that there is to replace the files. Use Open iv and click ''edit mode and go to x64/audio/sfx/PROLOGUE.rpf open and drag td_loading_music.awc file into the PROLOGUE.rpf
