-replace weather.xml with your choice
-Enjoy!
(FYI I built this mod with NVR so I'm not sure how it will turn out with other graphic mods or vanilla but it should still work well)

@DeathTanker There is a big difference between your file and the weather.xml from NVR (wich comes from VisualV 1.0.250). Some lines are missing (about 80 : CLEARING_DROP, CLEARING_GROUND, HALLOWEEN...). Maybe you haven't the last file from NVR, so not fully compatible ?
@Ob1one I never noticed it. If you get any crashes let me know. It's been fine for me.
