This MOD can change the water clarity and/or the wave size.
There are 3 clarity options if you want the water less clear or you can tailor your own clarity manually.
Various wave sizes included, or you can tailor these too if you like.
Instructions in the download file show you how to edit the clarity to one of your own liking if you prefer, and also how to change the wave size.

@PINARP66 it's a matter of preference, i use max because rockstar added so much stuff that you can't see clearly and a lot of sea life that deserves to be seen

This mod is really good only problem is sometimes the npcs bug under the water for a while other than that worked fine.

Is there any way to make this mod become tsunami with clear water, need some advice..
The sea is clear outside and underwater, but submerged in rivers it is still dark, it is only clear when immersed. Is there no way to make it clearer when submerged in rivers like this mod does in the sea?
