Wow, had my first snow a few hours ago. Started slowly but increased like a huge snow storm. I really like that and it being dynamic makes it a really fine mod.

can someone explain something to me...( im new to this whole modding thing but doing great so far with a ton of cool mods.) important question ahead :::::::
lets say there is a car mod that uses handling.meta for example.. and the mod changes ONE cars speed /handling..( a specific racecar like the gtr )
and there is another mod that uses the same "handling.meta or whatever is replaced "..but it changes 20 cars speed and handling, NOw...I want 20 cars to change their speed and handling (more is better than just one) ..but I also want the mod that changes ONE ( GTR) car speed and handling, so that the gtr is more realistic.( the gtr speed int he 20 car pack is not what i want ) does this make sense? or do i have to choose only one?
I noticed that certain graphic mods work with other graphic mods, dont these replace the same files though? im confused as to whether it just ADDS to a file, or completely replaces the file so that anything that was there is now gone..can someone please answer this in detail so i have a better idea of what's going on when i replace files...THANKS guys!!! you all ROCK. Im loving this site!!!
@gta5Beast Any file that replaces the same file will remove whatever effect the previous file had.
Can't we just add this file in the "common" folder of update.rpf as per the location mentioned? In that case the main "common.rpf: won't be affected.
It looks great but after a while, everything becomes super bright and i don't think there's snow anymore (idk if it's every time cuz i just had snow twice)

I tried to get it to snow with trainer but no luck. Maybe test it ingame.

@AwesomeBomber use a trainer to enable snow on ground
@movohou spawning snowy cars is possible with trainers (maybe not just with trainers, but i use one)
