This mod gives you more variation with as well more police units responding, Realistically if many police die I think more units would respond I think anyways it has all the police agency like, LSPD, LSSD, Noose, Army, Highway Patrol and FIB with appropriate police car and more spawning with every variation possible.
PS: I'll post screenshots soon.
Installation:
Install with OpenIV to update.rpf/common/data. Replace the Dispatch.meta with my. Always Backup the file before Replacing!!

Anybody that viewing the my mod I haven't gotten good pics yet but in the meantime this video will show the police and what happens when wanted lvl increases.
I want to add your mod to the army at 5 stars mod how do I do that?

Great mod. Can you make SAHP be able to come on 1 star? In my game the SAHP comes only when 3 stars. Also make SAHP Only be driving police4 (Undercover) much people are changing this car into SAHP Car.

Ok so all you have to do is is change Value Number to whatever you like,but i recomended 50 is the best value.
