Install:
GTA V/mods/x64/audio/sfx/SCRIPT.rpf
and replace the files
You will need openIV.
I don't own Ellen Mclain. Credits goes to her and Valve.
And for the video credit goes to RescoeZ.
If you are wondering why does Overwatch repeat itself, well the siren audio files cant be above 5000 KB. It will then mute.
