1.Download the car from GreenAid: Link
2.Open OpenIV and browse to x64\vehicles.rpf\beetle74.ytd and open it.
3.When you have that list opened just simply add the livery which is VW_sign_4 from the downloaded file onto the list which is the .ytd file. and save it.
4.Enjoy
