update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
or
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
4. Close Open IV
Replaced police3
Changelog 0.2
- Blue light bar
- Updated texture design
