This texture doesn't have the same scratches on the front bumper, so not sure it's part of the model: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/los-santos-d-u-i-enforcement-unit-for-dbock1989-cvpi. Anyway keep trying and working on it, the blue transition on the passenger side doesn't line up with the doors correctly.
@rappo I think the scratches are because of author is using an outdated version of the vehicle.
