Instructions:
1-Download car at https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2019-ford-gtlm-add-on-liveries
2-Run OpenIV
3-Activate EDIT MODE
4-Go to: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/gtrlms/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/gtrlms.rpf
and put the liveries you prefer into gtrlms.ytd
