This skin was made for Officer Tej's [ELS & NON-ELS] 2009 Lenco bearcat 3.0.0 but should work on other models with the same body.
TO INSTALL:
1. Download model below
https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/22432-els-non-els-2009-lenco-bearcat/
(The Bearcat version I am using in the screenshots is the "Edge 9000 Armor plate" version.)
2. Open the .ytd file you downloaded in step 1 using openIV in edit mode
3. Drag and drop the new .png texture into the window and click save.
This was my first release, so enjoy!
Feel free to use in vids or FiveM, but give proper credit.
