1. Open OpenIV
2. Enable "Edit mode"
3. Go to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01
4. Backup (if you'd like) and delete the following: head_diff_045_a_whi
head_045_r and
5. Drag and drop files from zip folder (ydd and ytd)

You can install only the skin, but it will look alot better if you add the altered head model + the skin :)

head is broken when i try to edit facial features with menyoo(sp)
@stimpy123 The altered head is for MP, Peds, FiveM servers i believe.
@stimpy123 I have no idea about menyoo, I can attempt to fix this if you send me a video / picture at discord: xkana - I didnt alter much with the head model, I altered certain things that make the head pop out more, its mainly intended for people who want to use for their ped, or for their fivem server / single player, Ive never used menyoo before.
Made an account just to comment on this lol. The headmodel is soooo nice and it makes almost every face texture look sooo amazing on my ped :)
