I do re-colours of mods, if you have any suggestions, be free to let me know
This is a re-colour of the injustice flash. The color has not been based off anything i just wanted to give it the original comic book flash colors and thought it looked pretty cool.
Installation
Highly recommended to use with this Add-Ons.

Or Replace any Ped you want, just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example: ig_bankman"
Their are two ini script files in the folder, one with red and one with yellow lightning.
If you do happen to just replace and inGame ped and still want to use the script, just enter the ini file and on the first line where it says "Model" just change that to the ped you are using "example:ig_bankman"and save and exit.
if you have any problems with the mod, put them in the comments below.

Love it, since i hate the lack of bright red on the original.
I would LOVE this PED with Zoom design. The all black with blue eyes. If they could be emissive, that would be beyond epic! (The same goes for other details such as the belt etc, a few small part being light blue emissive would be so awesome). At any rate, NO ONE has made a proper Zoom. Not even close. So I would really, REALLY love you for making one. As he is so cool/badass ;D
Also, again, epic stuff. Huge thanks for your time, effort and general devotion to the modding community!
I got OCD, and you make my day over and over by making these Flash PEDs. I got almost all the different Flash/Speedster PEDs ever made. They make up most of my 48 PEDs in my PedSelec.

@Flash202 It looks Amazing, and i would do it if i could but i only do re-textures and thats a whole diffrent model, i could use the colours on other speedster model, but it wont have the googles nor the hair out the top
It's weird asking this, but I make a lot of GTA video editor movies Is there any way you can make a Princess Leia, Obi wan (young, and or old) and Rey Add on?
