A simple Noose Retexture. This is a slightly strange mod, primarily aimed at the amazing YouTuber Alchestbreach. However it offers a goofy change to their gta games. Gta is a game filled with strangely named factions and brands so I this really too far fetched? Either way I'm now going to attempt to create some backstory.

Oh, the FIB swat are called Noose Special Operations as to not... ruin something probably. I might change it if people are really that bothered.
How to install. If you don't already know.
Open iv is required (If you dont have it, download it)
Remember to backup your files and all that jazz.
