This is my first version of the LAPD counterstrike police from the 60's era:

You NEED OpenIV !

-Uniform:
So you need to downloded the "Retro California Highway Patrol Officers" from @Lundy: (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/player/retro-california-highway-patrol-officers)
Change the names files of the uniforms as:
s_m_y_hwaycop_01.ytd ---> s_m_y_swat_01.ytd
s_m_y_hwaycop_01.ymt ---> s_m_y_swat_01.ymt
s_m_y_hwaycop_01.yft ---> s_m_y_swat_01.yft
s_m_y_hwaycop_01.ydd ---> s_m_y_swat_01.ydd
(DONT TOUCH TO THE: s_m_y_hwaycop_01.ytd and s_m_y_hwaycop_01_p.ydd you don't need them)
When the names had been changed, drag this moddified files in that way: x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf\
When its done, just open the s_m_y_swat_01.ytd file with open IV and drag my uniform textures in. Save and its ok.

The others stuff are more easy to do, you just need to drags my moddels in those ways:
-Police Helmet:
x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf\ and drag
