how do i restore mikes face after this because I put all the original files back but now mike looks like he had a botox appointment gone wrong?

Please someone help me fix this because no matter what I do Michaels face looks like a horror movie. I tried putting back the old files and installing better micheal mod and nothing works. Please anybody help

This is by far one of the worst mods I've ever used. It's permanently stuck there and the only way to fix is to download gta fresh all over again, on top of that there's no help in fixing this horrible glitch of a mod.

Finally got it fixed after days of trying to get micheal back to normal. I have nothing against post but this mod does not give him credit at all.

@SoleOnFiree It's been a while but i think I ended up deleting and reinstalling the game to a clean state, or if you have a backup delete your mods folder and use a backup you have before you used the mod.
