Mask for franklin, but ofcourse you cant set it on trevor and michael too.
I provided mask png files which can be imported anywhere and on anyone.

Replace the files WITH OpenIV where they belong and done:
1. head_diff_000_b_bla.ytd > E:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
2. p_head_diff_010_a.ytd > E:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_one_p
