This simple script mod disables native game health regeneration.
Mod requested few times in gtaforums.com e. g. https://gtaforums.com/topic/838802-mod-request-no-health-regeneration/
This script, unlike similar mods, doesn't cause issues while saving, etc.
Installation:
Copy 'noregenmod.cs' to Grand Theft Auto V/scripts folder.
Feel free to use my mod in your modpack.
You don't need my permission as long as you credit my nickname (myst7)
