Mod changes the parameters of the police.
Police weapons:
The police receive mainly laser weapons. If the wanted level is not more than two stars and the main character of the game does not use firearms and not in vehicle, then the police will not shoot. But if wanted level > 2, the police in the melee uses Hatchets! Some special forces have minigans and sniper rifles. Sometimes someone from special forces can throw smoke grenades. Yes, it is possible to use throwing weapons by other characters.
Police health:
Police health increased significantly. Special Forces officers have twice the health than ordinary police officers. And the police no longer writhes and does not die immediately when bullets hit. But the police still have vulnerable heads.
Police Vehicles:
Police transport was strengthened. You can see up to 10 heavy extra police cars. Among these cars are Riot Control Vehicle who shoot water at the main character. Cars bring a lot of police, special forces can use machine guns mounted on some cars.
Other:

@switucki Special forces have 10000 health points. And usual police have 5000. But their heads are vulnerable.

Great mod! Just one thing I was wondering... Is there any way to toggle the mod on or off during gameplay? Sometimes, after a while of dealing with the laser guns the police have, it becomes too much and gives me a headache. Are you able to add some kind of on/off toggle?
