I found the solution for the Rim texture, put the
Rim textures to patch2023_02/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
/Veshare (for Chop Shop DLC) Also, you will need simple trainer for GTA V to spawn the optional wheels
