@Wolfex32 Maybe just a bug, or the videos you saw where edited with after effects and they had the same issue so they added the numbers idk. Maybe if you install openCamera in OpenIV (you can find it in ''Tools''>''ASI Manager'') it may fix something, but if you already got it installed then I really don't know.
@blackblood101 I don't know that exactly because it was surt of coincidence. But I suggest you to follow @RJ-7 's instructions I think that fixed it for me. Just install the NativeUI, ScriptHookDotNet versions and all that other stuff he mentioned there.

The line you have to add in the dlclist.xml is actually like this I think: ''<Item>dlcpacks:\mlo_bankofliberty\</Item>''. It should work. If you don't have any clue what I am talking about then watch a YouTube Tutroial on how to install vehicle mods, this may sound weird, but the installation of verhicles works the same way like this mod.
Oke lol bei mir ist jetzt einfach literally die halbe Map weg gebuggt nachdem ich die Mod installiert hab, ab Vinewood Hills ist alles weg, ich seh nur noch ein paar Büsche und Sträucher die in der Luft schweben.
@Bxa9t_Deusel Ach ja was ich vergessen habe, wenn du die Datei angewählt hast fragt dich OpenIV noch ob du das oiv in den Mods Ordner oder GTA 5 Verzeichnis installieren willst, unbedingt Mods ordner nehmen (i guess).
@TheRemy Braucht man für diese Mod irgendwelche anderen Sachen wie Script Hook, ScripthookDotNet oder NativeUI? Falls ja dann schreib bitte noch die ganzen Requirements in die Modbeschreibung bzw. in die ReadMe Datei, kann mir nämlich schlecht vorstellen dass das ohne irgendeins der genannten Dinge geht.
@Bxa9t_Deusel Es gibt in OpenIV unter ,,Tools'' eine Funktion die heisst ,,Package Installer'', da klickst du drauf und wählst die ,,Petrol Stations.oiv'' Datei an und das ganze sollte sich automatisch installieren. Falls du gerade gar keine Ahnung hast was ich hier labere dann sieh dir lieber nochmal ein Tutorial auf YouTube an wie man Mods installiert.
Well this mod works for me, I can open the Menu with Ctrl + F8, but once I spawn a time machine the game crashes, if I spawn the normal DMC-12 Delorean everything's alright. I got all requirements installed, anybody knows how to fix this issue?

Nevermind, I got the mod fixed, I can spawn tha time machines now also. Thank ya'll!
