@OkaymanXXI ive messed with both mods. when i started modding in GTA V, and JulioNIB's The Flash Mod was MUCH easier to install. the basic mod, so if you DO NOT have JulioNIB's The Flash Mod get it, the thread above i posted the guide to install it
@Tekkat you have to install the 2 programs, that are inside OpenIV, its in the video. im tellin ya. goto this side/guide, IT will work. if you do everything right. the videos on this guide show you how to get flash mod working, then the rest are just skins for suits, those are harder to install then the flash mod itself. but its easy mate watch the videos over and over. and get it perfect, just goto take your time. here is the setup guide to the flash mod here is the complete guide. http://gtaxscripting.blogspot.com/2015/06/gta-v-net-scripts-setup.html

goto that whet the Screenshot says, and install the 2 files. that are not installed, there should be 3 things on the list. the bottom 2 install
@Nightdk openIV was made when Gta 4 came out. for getting inside certain files to mod them for the mods for the game, technically its pronounced open 4 but its just open IV , you MUST have it for most of the mods all of the good ones....its very easy to use, once you get use to it.... honestly the flash mod is a easy mod to start with learning how to mod, it dives into a bit of technical modding files. but easy enough using open iv, and the videos i posted will help 100% to learn how to mod if you watch them as your modding. i studdied them Frame by frame, but as professional Computer Consultant , specializing in Computer Hardware/Windows Software, i knew my basic / main ways around. but its not hard to learn . i have a tiny problem just installed the flash mod, and the flash suit 2.0. but the only problem is. when hit cnt N and equip flash suit. it works and everything BUTTTTTT, the head is a wicker box with a open lid lol its huge, but everything else on the suit is perfect, and the helmet isnt even there, its a regular head inside the wicker box lol its funny
