Is there a way to ONLY use added vehicles? none of the ped, population stuff, etc?
I think the gameconfig with the felony and finance fix is making my game stutter quite a bit, so much so it's unplayable, is there a low end version of this game config? I've tried editing it to make it more suitable, but it just crashes my game. Also, please ignore my username. I have regrets.
