The mod is incredibly awesome, probably my favorite one. However, the car needs a little adjustment to improve its first person view, and if this also bothers you, here is the solution:
1) Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta
2) Search for "buffalo2"
3) There are lots of results, target ones in these lines (probably the first result you see):

@Ddias7 I'm glad that it helped friend. You can try to tweak the POV camera of any vehicle by slightly adjusting its x, y, or z axes in vehicles.meta

3) Move down slowly until you find this line:

4) Replace it with:
<PovCameraOffset x="0.000000" y="-0.145000" z="0.580000" />
