I am perplexed as to why this says "NON ELS" in the title as the model used is ELS enabled

Very nice, my only criticism would be that the shirts have this silver reflective line on the chest, back and arms however I know how much of a pain it is to do. Other than that, I like it a lot

And I'm probably being thick but I can't close the side shutters. If I try and enable/disable the components they flicker for a second and then open
