This mod seems to make the stores (Los Santos Customs, Barber shops, Clothing Shops) locked, and when I use no-clip to enter them the store owner doesn't appear, and I can't interact with the store.
I had a mishap when installing this mod and uninstalled my player_two and payer_zero files in x64v (except the two folders, I have those still). If anyone could give me those files so I could play GTA 5, that would be well appreciated. Thanks.

@SupremeStriker You can't extract it from the archive, it has to be in a folder or in your desktop.
It's working just fine I think people are forgetting to install the ENB binary files.
