Hey tall70, I' m dealing with the weather xml file atm, changed some values in all the weather types but I' d also like to have more variable weather in game like more thunder, more rain and so on. I know that I should change smthing at the bottom of the file in weather cycles but I don' t know what the <TimeMult value=.../> represents. Do you know smthin about the weather cycles?

I' ve found that damages.meta in gta V is in common.rpf\data\action\damages.meta.
Your install instructions say that : update (folder)\update.rpf\common\data\action.
