GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

I installed this mod on my game like the way u say, drag and drop in the especific directory of the instrution but in my game he dont appear... i miss something ?

Can this mod or Remastered Enhanced cause texture problems? Like blurry textures that don't load properly
