you need to fix your installation instructions
Instalation:
-Put the folder "CSQ574" in GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks
-Add line "<item>dlcpacks:\CSQ574\</item>" <------
to file update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
-Spawn car by "R34"

the line you need to put into dlclist is "<Item>dlcpacks:\ssc_schwartzer\</Item> " not "dlcpacks:\ssc_schwartzer\ " ..regardless great mod .
