FOR EVERYONE DOESNT WORK JUST FOLLOW MY STEPS (SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH) this worked for me
1.Extract All File To your Scripts Folder from the ctOSV0.5a Folder BUT DO NOT EXTRACT ScriptHookVDotNet.dll FROM THE ctOSV0.5a
2. Run the game!
3.Enjoy!
@mohmedans2004 you must have the halloween dlc, cuz the flashlight were from halloween dlc
if you have the dlc you could just spawn it with a trainer, like MENYOO
