GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

Something doesnt work for me, i followed the instructions really closely and michael shows up as a floating hooker head with hands, when i change clothes in a mod menu they dont seem to have textures and one uses a face texture which looks horrible, any ideas what could be wrong @Infernus ?
