GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

I have the problem with Op.Black Thunder and 3 steps for 3000000$: after recieving instructions I get targets on map, but for several seconds and the missions cancelled automatically. I guess because Insurgent does not spawn, but not sure. How should I fix it?
