Hey dude, you look very motivated, so I will help you here with this. I've had prepared something for the other two fuel mods on this site, but their authors didn't bother to contact me again.
Me and some friend did all the research and put something together. It's a list of ALL the vehicles' fuel tank sizes/capacities and some thoughts about a fuel consumption algorithm. Complete with referenced sites, sources and pictures. We basically took the ALL vehicles' list that is out there and added a few columns to it, but the research was awfully tedious. Interested?

Nice mod here, I have some suggestions though:
You might be familiar with the advanced vehicle exit mod, which is also very nice. Would it be possible to save your cars, only when they are locked/engine turned off? And (also the option to) (remove or) replace the blips with the impounded car icon? I would very much love to see the benefits of the two mods combined. just my 2 cents
@SYNTHESISE Yes, I am. Add me on social club, I was busy with creating a spreadsheet with custom tank capacites for EVERY vehicle in the game. Also I'd like to help with the fuel consumption algorithm.
@SYNTHESISE No problem, also I see that every fuel tank is 60L, no matter the vehicle. I can do some research and find out some average fuel consumptions and also fuel tnak sizes for you. I hope you get better soon! Message me if you want me to do those things for you, I'm glad if I can help.

Are the locked cars saved? In terms of disappearing when going away from them?
