GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

Hello! I´m kinda new in this world of mods, but I´d like to know if the reason of the people talking about the game constantly crashing could be due the recent new version of GTA V? Since I guess that changes the game code and affects directly on to the mod itself!
