Ok, problem solved, I had to manually download an mpbiker folder since my game did not have one (weird).

Well, now I can't install it; got all the requirements (Mods folder, latest OpenIV and MP in SP), I'm doing:
Tools>Package Installer>world of variety.oiv. It starts up the install menu, I chose to install it on ''Mods folder'' and after 5 secs it says:
''The installation failed
A fatal error occured during installation. Please check log file for error details.''
@cloby I was multi tasking at the time, my bad.
Well, there goes my only option to add chrome wheels to singleplayer!
So, apparently this mod makes some furniture from safehouses vanish, ex: Michael's bed, wardrobe, Jimmy's whole furniture, etc.
@Cass Thank you for the anwser but it was a mistake on my part, great job on the mod, props to you and your team!
Do I actually need to start a new gamefile BEFORE I install this or nah? Because from what I've seen the mod's been installed sucessfully, all steps followed by order, and this pops up: ''Corrupt game data, please reboot, verify the game data or reinstall the game.''
