I think this needs to be updated, I did everything said on the description, but the car wont spawn, it doesn't give me a spawn error though, it just doesn't appear...

whenever I aim at a npc they freeze and stand still, like they are in a trance. If they are sitting they will suddenly pop up and stand there. Also everything slows down when i aim too.

@QBit07 I still cant figure out how to install correctly because of the wording.

this makes the game more interesting.

Just like stated above, i have the same problem, vehicle is invisible until you get close.
