@GotSauce I am pretty sure it should work. This mod only replaces the tattoo textures, not Michael's skin texture.

@Kinqpin It's this one, but you need to switch the 'head skin' to the one where he's not bald but has... hair... if that makes sense.

@Barsik_mods I got them from a mod for Franklin -> https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/adidas-pants-fyzicz Just add them to another set of pants to be worn by Trevor.
