Doesnt work, i replaced the correct files in OpenIV like the instructions say, and the game crashes on launch everytime

when i installed it, i followed all the instructions probably and everything worked fine, when i tried to uninstall it, i removed everything i had originally installed from the mod and set everything back to what it was before, the game wont launch now.

how do i uninstall this mod, ive removed all the files it had told me to install but the game keep crashes whenever it tries to spawn a train

can someone help me with the update, idk how to use visual studio to change it and i cant find the update version on github

i might be dumb but can you provide a link to the addon peds mod, i cant find it on the website and idk how to spawn the model in, i dont know what im doing wrong (im new to modding)
