GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

Hey im new into modding, but how does i spawn this Vehicle with Menyoo or does i need extra an Server for this ?? Sry but i want to try this in Singleplayer :)

In SP works fine :) but it is working on AltV ??
