@Ibenk2000 The "scaled" top speed is close to the same top speed the vehicle would have being untouched, while the "real" top speed corresponds more to the real-life vehicle's and is much higher. The main reason why top speed is scaled in gta 5 is because the map would feel much smaller if all the cars actually reached their irl top speed.
