@Trev008 script hook has to update every single time rock star updates the game which can take a long time (most ive seen is a month) trainer v has to wait for script hook to update. that being said script hook just updated for drug wars today so this trainer should update soon.

@Maiitrix push F3 on keyboard and right shoulder button and X on xbox controller or the equivalent of it on other controllers

@froggy55 turn on "add blip for spawned vehicles" or use "saved vehicle" you have spawned without that option on or foudn off street cars, that should make cars stay spawn
