I got it working. I didn't have the casino file because I didn't see it. Maybe put that up on required with an asterisk for that update?

Crashing for me as well.

Ok so no answer, well where is this located on the map? Maybe Single Player Garages conflicts with this.

I've got everything installed correctly, all required programs, but on loading I get a window that says "Game Error. Please reboot or restart game." and the window top says "ERR_FIL_PACK_1"

Ok reinstalled mods folder and it's working. I *think* what was wrong is that I had Lively World and it was out of date. That's the only other mod affecting npcs that I have.

With the new version strip club is still empty of all employees (strippers, bar tender, door girl, Wade, etc.). I still can't get on bicycles. I noticed that both Dom and MaryAnn's missions aren't there with this enabled, so I don't know if it has something to do with the bicycles as well. They start to make the motion and freeze.

I can't get on bicycles now either. I don't have any other mods that would affect that. I also noticed that the mission for the letter scraps doesn't show up with this installed.

I think this broke the strip club because no one is in there. The girl at the place you pay at the entrance is gone, the bartender is gone, and the bouncer near the private rooms is gone.

Can you get in the submarine? A simple yes or no would be nice.. From anyone.
